When it comes to worker safety, there are no second chances. Fortunately FallTech takes safety very seriously. This ElasTech lanyard (8240Y3) stretches from 4-1/2' to 6' in order to reduce tripping hazards and lanyard drag. It has a full length internal energy absorber to limit fall forces to 900-pounds or less. This lanyard is constructed of heavy duty polyester to resist abrasion and UV damage, and the internal high modulus elastic will not soften from frequent use. Also featured is an adjustable Y-leg for fall arrest and 100% tie-off; with 1 snap hook and 2 rebar hooks. The anchorage end rebar hook has a 2-1/4" gate opening which allows for a broader range of connections.
