Return authorization forms can be obtained by contacting customer service at 1-800-745-6735 with your order number within 30 days of purchase. For non-defective products, freight charges and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

We are required by state and local governmental agencies to maintain properly completed exemption certificates for all customers that claim tax exemption status. If a completed form is not on file we are required by law to collect sales tax on all transactions.

Shipping charges provided at the time of checkout are estimates. We provide these based on best information available at that time using information provided by several freight carriers. We use this method instead of a flat rate to avoid overcharging our customers. Once our freight carrier provides us with an exact amount your invoice may be modified to reflect the most accurate information.
Methods available to deliver your order to you are shown in the "Shipping Method" box during checkout. This screen may also show "Representative Select" as the only option. If this is the case our customer service representatives will either choose the most affordable method for your order or they will contact you to discuss the details of the order with you. Freight decisions are made considering several factors such as weight, size, shipping location, residential delivery or special instructions you may have provided.
Orders received by 2:00pm CST will generally ship the same day. Our goal is to ship your orders complete the same day they are placed. In case of critical needs, please tell us in the comments section and we will give your order special attention.
Currently shipments are available for the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories. Because of Distribution Agreements with our partners shipments are not available to Mexico or Canada at this time.
