Supplier Frequently Asked Questions
The 2025 Annual Partnership Summit will take place September 17–20, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas, at the Marriott Rivercenter, with the tradeshow hosted at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
This is an exclusive, invitation-only event for SouthernCarlson associates and selected supplier partners. Invitations are extended to top-tier suppliers chosen by the executive leadership team and Category Managers.
We will begin registering individual supplier attendees in late March, 2025. At this time, we are simply accepting booth registrations from our supply partners.
SouthernCarlson has a large room block at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter Hotel. A link will be sent for suppliers to book rooms in April, 2025.
Suppliers registering for booth space at our tradeshow will receive an allocated booth area and attendee passes to staff it appropriately. All suppliers are invited to attend the Keynote Speaker’s address, the closing party, Friday’s meal functions, and the Supplier Information Session hosted by our Category Management team. While the Awards Dinner at the Tobin Center is by invitation only, we anticipate many exhibitors will have representatives included.
We encourage all suppliers to register early as space can be limited. With that, if you register now and need to cancel, we will refund 90% of your payment up until June 17, 2025. After June 17, you will be responsible for 100% of your booth and participation fee.
All suppliers must register by July 18, 2025.
SouthernCarlson must receive your complete payment within 60 days of submitting your registration and no later than July 31, 2025.
Your booth includes standard pipe and drape, carpet, wastebasket, a small table, and chairs. More details will be provided by Heritage Expo in the near future.
Yes, booth space can be shared with a partner company. Payments and booth naming can be coordinated with your category manager.
No, only exhibitors and invited guests can purchase marketing sponsorships.
No, the tradeshow is a closed event.
There is no limit to the number of rooms you can reserve. However, a non-refundable deposit is required for each room.
Invoices will be processed at the end of each month leading up to the show.
Yes, significant others can attend. The cost is $975 per person to obtain a badge and attend events at the National Sales Meeting.
Approximately 475 key salespersons, leaders, and executives from SouthernCarlson will attend and walk the tradeshow floor.
